Even Functions
The mathematical definition of an even function is f(-x)= f(x). An even function is a function whose graph is symmetrical in respect to the y-axis. When graphed, the plot in the first quadrant is mirrored by the second quadrant. More over, the plot in the third quadrant is the mirror image of the fourth quadrant. In addition, even functions have even exponents.

Odd Functions

haha. Is "antisymmetric" from somewhere else or did you make that up? It actually IS symmetric, just about the origin. You need to answer the actual question though and explain the f(x)=f(-x).
